The Spring opening work continues at Brookhaven. We took a few trees down that were struggling near the driveway and in front of the bridge, as well as cleaning up the area behind the pool, which we hope will open up some views of the mountain. We will be planting a hedge of sorts to clean up that area.
John Arkenau will be opening the pool at some point this weekend in hopes of some June swimming. The pool and backyard furniture should be out this week as well. Grills will also be cleaned and functional by the end of the weekend.
Bazin Brothers paving continues to design drainage for our parking lot renovation. We’ll be sure to let you know when that project is ready to start. Likely late May/early June.
